Jackson Cross Partners, LLC (JCP) today announced that Cosentino North America has agreed to a five year term on a 32,000 SF showroom and distribution facility at 121 Greentree Rd , Phoenixville, PA. Cosentino North America, a Spanish Company with a USA corporate presence in Stafford, Texas has chosen the Greentree, Phoenixville site as its Philadelphia showroom and distribution center.
Lou Battagliese and Nick Adams of JCP worked extensively with Armin Deutsch of Cosentino to help locate a facility which could serve as a regional showroom and distribution center for the company. “The new Phoenixville location will help service the Philadelphia region by attracting designers, contractors, and consumers who want to be able to see, touch and interact with the products” commented Deutsch.
The 32,000 SF Greentree site will house a state-of-the-art 5,000 SF showroom and a 27,000 SF upmarket warehouse which will display the Silestone™ and other natural stone products. Cosentino plans a grand opening in February 2013.
