Senior Transaction Manager
Chris is a Senior Transaction Manager in the Advisory Services practice of Jackson Cross where he provides portfolio strategies and transaction management services to the firm’s clients. He joined the firm in July of 2012 and brought with him 25 years of experience in commercial real estate in the fields of development, asset management and corporate services.
During his tenure at Jackson Cross, Chris has represented Williams Scotsman, Spring Education Group and Wawa Corp., negotiating transactions valued at over $600 million, providing clients with strategic control of their real estate while delivering savings in excess of $40 million.
Chris started his real estate career developing and managing office and industrial properties for various investment firms. In 2000, he took his experience on the ownership side of the business to a GE Capital joint venture, providing portfolio analysis and transaction management services to GE Capital’s industrial businesses.
Chris holds a BA in Economics from Wake Forest University. He is an avid runner, hiker and outdoor enthusiast.
