Director - Project Manager
Kareena Gaines is a Director – Project Manager for Jackson Cross Partners, LLC. Kareena joined the JCP team, in 2013, to support the Advisory Services group as well as the CRE Strategies group in the daily maintenance of corporate client portfolios. Her work focuses on lease abstracting and portfolio management of complex portfolios maintained in Virtual Premise and other custom client databases.
Prior to joining Jackson Cross, Kareena worked for Ricoh Americas Corporation as a Lease Administrator within their Real Estate – Finance team. Her work at Ricoh included lease analysis, invoice validation, expense reporting and billing processing. Kareena was also responsible for working closely with Transaction Managers, Accounts Payables and Ricoh landlords nationwide. Kareena has over 15 years of client support, account coordination and receivables experience.
Since joining Jackson Cross Partners, Kareena has contributed to various projects. She provides oversight and maintains client property database management systems, while ensuring that the database is up to date and accurate per client designated guidelines for owned and leased facilities.
Kareena Gaines graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL in 2004 with a B.S. degree in Economics. In 2014, she obtained her Master of Science in Management degree at Gwynedd Mercy University in East Norriton, PA.
