Executive Assistant
Ms. Smith joined Jackson Cross in December of 2012. She currently serves as Executive Assistant to John Morrissey, a Jackson Cross Founding Partner. Lori is responsible for supporting John Morrissey as his personal assistant. She also supports the Corporate Real Estate Team and acts as a liaison with and a resource for the team’s clients, providing client and internal reporting, lease provision clarification, CAM reconciliation review, and financial comparisons. Lori also assists John in his charitable work on the Klassic Golf Tournament in aid of the Holy Redeemer Jersey Shore Food Pantry, and she serves on the company’s Community Service Committee.
Lori’s previous experience includes over 20 years of administrative and real estate management experience. She worked at Kravco Simon, a property management organization for 20 properties including super-regional and regional malls, shopping centers and office buildings, including the King of Prussia Mall, as Management Administrator. Lori comes from a varied background in administrative work as well due to her time spent at American Executive Centers providing assistance at all levels of a wide variety of companies, serving as Administrative Assistant as well as Business Support Services Assistant Manager.
Lori graduated from Bloomsburg University, having completed both the Scholars and Honors programs, with a Bachelor of the Arts in Mass Communications.
