King of Prussia, Pa – A local real estate investor and a Jackson Cross Partner broker closed a multi-million dollar deal to celebrate the New Year. The $2.19 Million dollar deal was handled by Nick Adams of Jackson Cross Partners, who represented both the buyer, John M. Coleman and the seller, Pike Realty. The 54,000 SF flex industrial facility at 1601 Mearns Rd in Warminster is the latest acquisition for Coleman’s extensive portfolio.
John Coleman’s portfolio includes more than 300,000 SF of flex industrial product throughout Bucks and Berks counties. In working with Coleman, Nick Adams says, “John is hands on investor who takes pride in his properties and treating his tenants fairly”.
