Kenneth Callaghan applies a data-driven approach to uncover valuable insights for our industrial real estate needs. Ken has also engineered advanced tools within the company’s database, enhancing the efficacy and future readiness of our data management practice.
Ken graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania where he received B.A.’s for his degrees in Communication Studies, and Cinema, Television, and Production. He was a member of the Entrepreneurship club and Tau Delta Phi fraternity, where he helped volunteer at philanthropic events sponsored by the American Lung Association of Pennsylvania. A long-time lover of learning, Ken has spent most of his free time learning how to program in the object-oriented programming language, Python, to obtain several data analysis/general programming certifications like CLI, Natural Language Processing, Blockchain Technology, Web Scraping, Chatbot creation, and more.
