Operations/HR Manager
Laurie Koch joined Jackson Cross Partners in July 2023 as Manager of Operations and Human Resources. Laurie is responsible for directing all aspects of the HR function and Operations.
Prior to joining Jackson Cross, Laurie worked independently as a Principal Human Resources Consultant and has a decade of experience with Accenture as a Human Resources/Talent Acquisition Professional. She also has prior experience as Manager of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition for Octagon Research Solutions.
Laurie has worked in multiple industries from Fortune 100 to start-up companies with a focus on maximizing human resources and talent acquisition operational efforts.
Laurie received her B.S. in Psychology and has earned a SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PHR and CPSP. Laurie is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Plan Sponsor Council of America (PSCA).
