Nick Adams is a Director with Jackson Cross Partners (JCP). Nick specializes in the Industrial and Flex style projects in Montgomery, Bucks, Berks and Lehigh Counties. Nick is actively representing building owners, landlords, developers, buyers, and tenants in his market. To date Nick has transacted well over Five Million plus Square Feet of Industrial / Flex space in his respective market and beyond.
Representative Projects:
D&W Fine Pack Hatfield: Represented the Seller / Owner in the sale of a 302,000 SF manufacturing / warehouse facility.
Solar Manufacturing: Represented Solar in the acquisition of 8.5 Acres to build a state of the art 70,000 SF facility in Sellersville.
Clemens Uniform Lansdale: Represented Clemens in the purchase of an existing 60,000 SF building for the expansion of their business.
Quakertown Interchange: Represented Gorski Development in the sale of 28 Industrial Acres to NFI who built a 265,000 SF Distribution Center.
Wharton Industrial: Arranged the Sale Lease back of the Reitnouer Inc. 135,000 SF Flex Birdsboro Industrial building to Wharton Industrial.
Nick is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Pennsylvania and New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science degree from West Chester University. He is a recognized and designated member of the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR), an achievement accomplished within the Real Estate Industry. Nick resides with his wife in Gulph Mills, PA.
